Data Deletion Request

Delete Your Account

You can delete your FamilyCart account and all associated data in two ways:

Option 1: Delete Through the App

  1. Open FamilyCart app
  2. Go to Settings (three-dot menu)
  3. Tap "Logout"
  4. Your local data will be removed when you uninstall the app

Note: If you are a Premium user, your cloud data will be automatically deleted 30 days after your subscription ends.

Option 2: Request Manual Deletion

To immediately delete all your data from our servers, please contact us:

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of your request.
